Implementation
The NQSW Supported Year is relevant to all NQSWs registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) on the social worker part of the Register.
It will support professional development and enhance how NQSWs meet their Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) registration requirements.
Overall, the aim of the approach is to nurture and retain the next generation of social work leaders and ensure an increasingly confident and competent workforce for people, families, and carers.
